I just learned from talking with several of my friends that the company that owns GoGo (Aircell) is a terribly racist and unprofessional company.Several of my friends have told me horror stories about this company and a few of them still work there. I would not buy their service again if my life depended on it. I have used GoGo Wi-Fi a couple of times in the past and the service was horrible and trying to get a refund requires an escalation, followed by several follow-ups, leading to a decree from the Pope and prayer for a miracle.Additionally, I get more enjoyment out of spending my dollars on a beverage when flying versus buying their GoGo Service under the pretense that internet service can not wait until I land.Screw GoGo!
