hey dan, can I return the previous order (from last time you posted this awhile back) even if it has a monogram. I made a mistake last time, ordered the wrong size.
The shirts are still in their packages.

Does anybody know how their sizing runs compared to BB/JAB/CT? I am 18 36/37 and the BB and JAB fit fine, but the CT’s I ordered from the James + AMEX deal are slightly tight (regular fit). Are PF’s like CT or the other ones sizing wise?

Dan has been mentioning for quite some time that his readers would be interested in a non-iron offer, so I was excited to finally make this happen for you. Unfortunately, due to the aggressiveness of the price point, we are not able to offer Free Shipping in conjunction with this offer. Our full collection does include free shipping on all orders over $150.

Return policy is even if i open the shirt and try it? how am i suppose to know if it fits? Who pays the shipping back to them?

A perfect fit for me is 16 1/2, trim fit, short sleeve, no iron, traditional collar. Sadly that comes to about 200 bucks with shipping for 2 shirts.
@dan is this the first time that Uve seen the NON-IRON on sale? The regular are always on. But is this the first you’ve seen of Non-iron?

Even with tailoring the sleeves that will be way less than $200.

The non-iron option online is relatively new.
I can’t roll sleeves properly because my arms are “thick” (from exercise at the gym). The whole reason I need 16 1/2 neck is because my chest is 44-45 and anything less is too tight, I used to wear a 15 1/2 without a problem.

I tried sending back some shirts for an exchange and called them today to find out what the status is. I was told that the supervisor made a decision to refund the money (minus the shipping) instead of exchanging (for free including shipping) because I have too many of the $19.95 shirts. She referred me to the website which states that this offer is for new customers only. See the following:

The shirts we are offering at this $19.95 price point are not non-iron. They are 100% cotton, as Dan mentioned above. The comment you are referencing is from a previous run of this offer where we were offering the non-iron shirts at a $29.95 introductory price.
