Does anyone know how this Macbook Air compares to the newest model offered by Apple? I’m confused because the model number means it’s the one that debuted in 2011 but the specs line up much more with the most recent Macbook Air (2014).
And does anyone know if this site is credible? Will I be getting my money’s worth (it’s still 479, even if it’s cheaper than usual)?

anyone bite? i found the 13.3″ only 80 GB drive and 2 GB ram for $499. this is a 2011 model but the 2 core i5 it should be fine.
i’m on the fence. i bought my daughter the 13 in august from the apple store refurb with dual core i5 1.3 Ghz and she’s been super happy with it.
