You can still get double elite miles.
If you want double redeemable miles you’ll just have to move to NY.

Nevermind, I see the fine print says the doubke elite miles aren’t redeemable.

Redeemable go towards your liftime counter and go into your account to redeem. Elite qualifying just count towards your status and disappear at the end of every calender year. Hope that helps
