If you've "hacked" your Wii to get the homebrew channel, I believe there is a version of StepMania (the open source counterpart to DDR) available. Or, you could always kick it old school with a PC, and run Stepmania- the USB controller also works as a standard game device, so you can use the dance mat for ANYTHING... (I tried playing tetris by jumping on the directions once... run/jump games are too difficult like this, but it was interesting).Pro about Stepmania over DDR - Make your own songs, and a huge library online already exists...
