Alternatively, you can buy 2 mats for ~ $15 on ebay for USB. If you’ve “hacked” your Wii to get the homebrew channel, I believe there is a version of StepMania (the open source counterpart to DDR) available.
Or, you could always kick it old school with a PC, and run Stepmania- the USB controller also works as a standard game device, so you can use the dance mat for ANYTHING… (I tried playing tetris by jumping on the directions once… run/jump games are too difficult like this, but it was interesting).
Pro about Stepmania over DDR – Make your own songs, and a huge library online already exists…
