SCAM!!!!! My brotherinlaw went to Burtoluccis and they did not accept the coupon. They told him that Restaurant.com sold it without their permission and that they are suing them!!! Has anyone had similar experiences?

Gio Caffe is not accepting the certificates. He said he had problems with the site’s operators. However, he will take off from your bill the normal price of the coupon ($10).

We at Glattalacarte are trying to get out ofthis program for over two months and restaurant.com is making us a very hard time doing that.it is not right (and maybe even illegal what they are doing).So I will not give a discount of $25.00 DOLLARS (EXCEPT FOR THOSE WHO BAUGHT IT IN THE FIRST MONTH)

Why is it only the Kosher restuarants play these games. I spoke to Rest.com and they credited the coupon at Gio Cafe but it seems these problems are really isolated to the kosher restaurants.Proportionately they are a very small % of the restaurnats on the website and they make the biggest problems for rest.com. Restauranteurs please respond why you make such trouble of something that seems so easy and positive for your business.

I understand if you don’t feel it’s good for business. My question is what changed? Why did you start with the restaurants.com program in the first place if you don’t like the arrangement?
Was it because you expected
1) people to get larger orders and not just go above the minimum?
2) the same customers to come back another time without the coupon
