JetBlue’s TrueBlue is normally one of the least valuable mileage programs around.

But 2 promotions have converged to make for some nice values.

1. Normally you need 1,250 AMEX Membership Rewards points to get 1,000 JetBlue points but until 09/15 you can trade at parity, 1,000 AMEX points transfers into 1,000 JetBlue points.

You can earn AMEX MR points on cards like the American Express® Premier Rewards Gold Card and The Platinum Card® from American Express.

Point transfers are instant.

2. Additionally you can save 25% on all award bookings made today and tomorrow.
The 25% discount is valid for flights from 09/02-11/20 but excludes flights on Sundays and Fridays.
This is valid everywhere that JetBlue flies.

With both promotion combined a flight that normally would require 30,000 JetBlue points and would thus normally need 37,500 AMEX points would now cost 22,500 JetBlue points or now only 22,500 AMEX Points.
