Same here…Im in Maryland. How do i do this? Do i just take the paper to the dealer and ask them to sign it??
When i fill out the form and hit submit, it says:
“Please try again. If you need assistance, contact a Dodge representative by calling 800-4ADODGE seven days a week, 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. EST.”

the dealer code needs to be in your home state and may need to be the closest dealer to your home zip code that you provided to Dodge, here are a couple MD dealer codes try them and you can enter it all online without ever having to the to the dealer, you just need your Certificate Number + Dealer Code, if you dont already have a Cert # it is too late as the deal is already dead OK Here are some Dealer codes
