Hi, can the gift card be sold and how much is usually discounted given it expires after 90days?

Can be sold online. Seen it being bought for ~$212
The cart indicates that this price of $647.99 is AFTER the egift card value is deducted (it’s $899 before gift card).
Am I right on this?
