I think I have the same question – Would I receive the $5 credit for each gift card pack over $45 if buy multiple gift card packs at the same time?
Terms say limit one promo gift card per account, so no buying gift cards with gift cards tricks….

Just noticed it says “You will receive your code by June 15, 2014.”
And it expires end of June. 15 days to use the credit :/

How long will it take to get the credit? I know it says you can receive it by June 15th, was just wondering if there was any indication you were getting it, when it would come, etc. I saw nothing during checkout and got my gift cards today. Thanks!
@Dan Just received my $5 promo credit. Use it fast as you only have 15 days to use them. Maybe an update is in order so people know to watch out for theirs?
