Can you buy Applecare+ from Apple if you buy the iPad from Ebay?
The real question when buying on ebay is who is going to warranty the product. The manufacturer will only honor a warranty if you have the store receipt showing the date it was purchsed. They will not accept an ebay receipt unless it shows the name of a real store.

you don’t need a gps in Israel,you can download waze there for free and its great!! We just did that and works like a gps.

it’s free, works from your cell.
Waze is better than any stand alone gps out there. End of story.
