You’re probably trying to buy an excluded item.
When they last had the deal that allowed suit jackets to be discounted with the BR card, was that noted in the exclusions? Or did you have to test it to find out? Thanks! I’m anxiously waiting for that deal again.

FYI–I used this double discount the last time it was posted. Unbeknownst to me, BR canceled my order, did not inform me they canceled my order.
I called up when i didn’t receive my items & they claimed the order was canceled because “we audit every order and you are not allowed to use 2 promo codes at the same time”
The BR Rep would only give me a 40% on all my items (save one which after 2 weeks is no longer available) & gave me 3-5 day shipping.
Anybody else have their order canceled because they used dual promotional codes? Interested to hear others feedback.
