I contacted AT & T ” Special Services Dept” @ 1 866-662-4548 who were able to process my request for 4 speakers ($21.73, free UPS shipping). The rep said this is not common, but under the circumstances that I explained (store rep, via phone, claimed that I needed to be an AT&T customer in order to complete the purchase at the $5 per speaker price)…. Info, was apparently in error… In conclusion, I made my purchase over the phone…

If I buy it through the AT & T Special Services Dept phone number, I *can’t* get the online price. The price is $25.

I jost spoked with them they told me; even with the cancelation email, that my order is still in progress and will be shipped when it will be available

My order was also cancelled. I called customer service and a few local stores. Apparently almost every retail store is also out of stock, and many people who placed in store pickup orders were also unable to get the speaker when they went into the store.
