Each cartridge only makes one (i litre) bottle. Replacements are about $1 a piece on Amazon. Not such a great deal- Soda Stream a much better value

Even with shipping it comes out to around $41 for 100 instead of $140 for the same 100 with 10 bottles.
You probably should buy 2-3 if you want to actually use it this way since you would need the bottles, but unless you can find the canisters cheaper, this deal does not go as well as sodastream
