sounds like u could return for 60 days on everything but 77kids merchandise. Not sure what that is. Hope that everything on sale isnt really 77kids merchandise.

I just placed an order with them….for some reason their website wasn’t working – it wouldn’t accept any credit card I put in. So I called them and they took my order over the phone. I had to sit here listing all my item numbers and details to them, pain in the neck but it seems worth it!
The owners are a very charitable family that contributes extremely generously to many frum organizations and causes such as yeshivas.
They do not have free shipping on returns. Customer service not very good. I bought something that was on sale (decent price) it took forever (2 weeks) to come, before it came the price was substantially reduced and they refused to give a price adjustment because I didn’t pay full price.
