Chase will be operating a VIP lounge for United cardholders at Guy’s American Kitchen and Bar at 220 W 44th St between 7th & 8th Avenues.
It will be open daily from Wednesday, 01/29 through Saturday, 02/01 from 11am-1am (so it will close on Sunday 02/02 at 1 in the morning for the final free public access).
If you have a United card like the Chase United Explorer or any other Chase United credit card you can bring in 4 guests (for a total party of 5) for free.
Each guest will receive 3 tickets upon arrival for alcoholic beverages to enjoy during their lounge visit.
Soft drinks and (non-kosher) food are free as well.
“Entry is first-come, first-served; capacity may be limited from time to time. There may be a wait outside of the lounge, so please dress accordingly for cold weather.”

I got this email 2 weeks ago and reserved for all the 7pm and 11pm Thursdays and Saturday nights in case I’m ever in the city and decide to stop by for some free drinks. I didn’t receive any confirmations or anything, I guess they’ll just have a guest list printed or something.

Went last night on the way home from the hockey game. It was pretty empty at about 11:30 pm and we enjoyed some complimentary Macallan 12.

I was on Broadway where all of the events are going on & it was pretty empty all along 34th to 40th street.

went just now by lunch – this is the story:
1)no line but it was mid-day
2) There was small line for the separate Phil Simms event downstairs – paid & totally separate.
3) They told me even on game day the paid events are downstairs & upstairs is open with same t&c’s – 3 alcholic drinks can’t buy anymore but you can exit & get 3 new tickets!! & all other drinks & food are free – plenty of fresh uncut fruit & kosher tea bags to warm up.
4) they gave out the warmers, GLOVES & HAT.
5) plenty of seats & tv’s can be seen at every seat.
6) They just glanced at my card & id – I would say no problem for an A.U.

driving is crazy around times square rigth now. super bowl blvd locked alot of cross streets down.
drove last night at 5 and left at 9.
No problem at all just stay south of 6th and walk a block
I just went.very chilled relaxed atmosphere..I had 3 drinks..they just peek at your card/id..for the gloves scarf and hat..
Sounds similar to the set up at the Short Hills Mall come holiday season.
Just flash the card and ID when you walk in (expired/ AU works).
Here now at the lounge. No line to get in tons of free (trief) food and 3 drink tickets.
Finally united is giving back to me after soamy crappy flights.

If yidden are going to a midtown lounge to get some free alcohol, hats and gloves, and if you get lucky UNCUT FRUIT, it is time to take a long hard look at your life and priorities in general.
If anyone is desperate for a free drink and a free hat, rather go into any chabad house on shabbos. There are no credit card requirements and food is not treif!
