I’m going to Puerto Rico from July 27-31, any ideas how to get an upgraded room and car, will my starwood card give me any privileges even if it’s not a starwood hotel?

Will starwood card get you upgraded rooms at nonstarwood hotels?! HAHAHAHA! Yes, Go to the Intercontinental Hotel and show them your starwood gold card, they will give you a free presidential suite. You are the MAN, with that starwood card! Especially checking in at nonstarwood hotels.
