If you’ve applied for any credit between 01/01/87 and 05/28/08 you can join the class-action settlement!
“Basic service: This would provide six months of the credit monitoring service with unlimited access to your TransUnion credit report and TransUnion credit score. According to the settlement, this has a retail value of $59.75. If you select this service, you’ll also be able to apply for a cash payment from the settlement fund.”

when the case goes through they will email you on how to get your free credit monitering and maby some cash

it does you basically no good to sign up,because it only monitors one of companies and not all three, so your Transunion report will be covered but you can still get scammed on one of the other two, I saw an article online discussing this

I tried to sigh up but it said “error saving record”. Tried 3 more times ….with the same end result. I ended up calling. Let’s see what happens. I agree with you Carl.
About 20 yrs ago I was involved in a class action suit with Prudential…………what a nightmare that was. Did get the money but it took about 1 1/2.
