I believe this is a much more comfortable drill and sloghtly more powerful.

Although it said out of stock i already received my Black & Decker BDCDMT120 20-volt Matrix Drill and i am very happy, its 49.00 from amazon so i got amazon prime shipping,
i added filler $3.97 Black & Decker 71-080 Nutdriver Set, 10-Piece, which is still out of stock.
This drill is really kool because the drill part comes off the body allowing you to use the handle for 5 other attachments you can buy like a sander, etc.
