Dell has a 21 day return policy but AMEX has a 90 day return policy.

If Dell has drivers for Windows 7 for that mosel, then you can downgrade it for free with any Dell Windows 7 restore CD. However, it is a lot of work – could take you several hours and research on the internet to find the correct drivers.
