unless something is wrong with the shoe, the customer has to pay return shipping with 6pm
@Liz: what about exchanging for diff size?
I’ve returned two things recently to 6pm. No free returns. Had to pay almost the price of the item to ship them back. In my opinion, worth it to get from zappos which has free shipping and returns, unless you know what size you are for sure.

Just saw this and went looking for some shoes. Turns out all sizes are available except 15. Ordered a pair of size 14 flip flops just in time for the first snow. 🙂
