Their website is garbage-just call them up.
I called them, its not working!
Why didn’t it work?
If at first you don’t succeed with an agent, keep calling until you do!
They said in order to value the promption over the phone if I get an error message when trying to use the promotion.
I will try calling again.
I know for a fact that they will honor it as long as you say the website is having problems. I have just made countless of reservations for people without a problem!
