Sanyo Xacti Waterproof Hybrid Camera/Camcorder Linky
I actually have this hybrid camera+camcorder. It has a very nice, easy to grip, and small form factor. It uses SD cards to store photos and videos. It is incredible for underwater activities like snorkeling, etc!
Besides for having slightly “mushy” buttons, this is a very solid hybrid camera/camcorder.
