WOW!!!!!! I just called to try to place the order over the phone (to eleviate the $8 shipping charge) and was told that the chair should be priced at $169!!!!!!!!!!! OH MY GOODNESS. I need to buy a few more just for good measure! The Customer Service rep told me that the order was going to be canceled, I placed the order anyway. It should hold up right dan?

I just signed up for the Starwood Consumer. now i want to sign up for the business, just to get the extra 10.000 points. my question is as follows. do the points combine? and if they do, i honestly dont want two starwood credit cards. so first is the business one better? and is it worth it to cancel, and if i do cancel will i lose points\credit?

when you get to the checkout (after inputing all your info inc credit card number, it says that its discontinued. I hope this isnt some kind of scam where your credit card in fo gets to the wrong person/place

Yitzers-

The business card is better due to the AMEX OPEN savings discounts.
When you apply online for a Starwood card you should get an answer within 60 seconds, and applying via the link at the top of this site helps keep this site going!
All the points combine into one starwood account, and once you get points they cannot be taken back.

Thanks dan. but my question wasn’t really regarding that. my question is, will they give me the first year free on the business one even though i got it waived on the consumer one. second question is, once i get the business one can I cancel the consumer one without losing credit. or do i have to keep both? Thank You

office max emailed me that my order was canceled because its a price mistake and the retail value is $169.
