@live: first few days, when you go online to cancel within the grace period ur penalty its $10 per person orbitz service charge. But if you cancel on the phone you just tell them I'm making sure I'm getting the full refund and it works

@Chana: That's only true on multi-carrier tickets or tickets that originate from outside north america, as those tickets have booking fees.

@ruth: Orbitz charges a cancellation fee. The exact amount is in the fine print somewhere. (around $15/ticket) It will show up on your cc statement along with the original ticket price and the refunded ticket price.

in orbitz website it says that in case of cancelling a ticket they don’t charge a fee but there is an airline cancelation fee, is it different ?
