dont forget you dont have to pick up the cell hone clip, so it can be even cheaper…

Doesn’t it matter that the rebates say “Not valid with any other rebates”?

no, beacuse the rebate #3 that says that, is the only one thats from sandisk, basically meaning, you can only get 1 rebate from sandisk, while the other 2 are from best buy, which has nothing to do with them.
also all 3 rebates are posted on the site under the product, and if it wouldnt qualify they wouldnt put it there.
