Beware, Sears customer service is terrible. I made an appointment with them for 4pm. We got there at 4:04 and the first representative told us that they doubled booked the appointment and we would have to come back a different day. When we looked around and saw that there wasn’t a single person other then us in the store and pointed it out to them, they changed their reason and told us that since we were late they couldn’t take us because they were getting ready for the next appointment at 4:30. I called the regional manager and he of course didn’t call back either. Just sharing my experience with them
Many share your experience, including me, I had to go back three times for arriving 3 minutes late, then they misplaced my pictures when I went to pick them up, and had to wait another few weeks to go down there to pick up again.
check online reviews all over, they suck.
I just went to Sears and received my free 20 x 20 picture. I asked about using the other offer. I was shown the fine print which states “One offer per family.” That was self explanatory. I spent $12 to get the the other pictures that I wanted.
