Anon 1: u need either:
1.club pass
2.first class ticket
3.some lounges u can gain access with an amex platinum card or such 4.you can purchase an entry pass for the day etc.
Anon 2: 1 of the good ways is to transfer them to Continental miles and with them you get a Business/First ticket to Israel for 100,000 miles
Anon 3: get as many as u want!

1. On continental I have yet to find availability in first for 100,000 miles.
2. Do I have to cancel the starwood cards before I apply again?
