What happens if you sync the card then buy the computer and then tweet? Do you still get the $100 credit? Also dell split the final bill into two parts so it’s not one charge over $599 but two smaller charges so what happens?

Got confirmation email from Amex that cc was linked and then another after purchase stating that I just saved $100 both were almost immediate
@question: Charge was split. 575.04 for computer and 71.44 for camera totaling 646.48. After the 100 credit it will be 546.48. Unfortunately, I have to pay tax of $46.49.
