These minutes are free. Will not work on Verizon since they are a different wireless carrier.

I recieved a text from AT&T this morning about this. Upon reply it says that I will receive confirmation after they validate my mobile account, so it looks like a targeted offer.

When they had this offer this past February there was no validation and everyone recevied the minutes. I think they got smart after the February onsalught of people requesting this who were not targeted. Don’t think everyone is going to be able to join the party this time around.

@Batya – I received my confirmation saying that they validated my account. It was automatic last time. I just think they are looking into who is requesting the extra minutes to make sure it is only the people who were targeted.
