A company can’t sell you a refurb without disclosing it.
If it does turn out that it’s a refurb then you can get your money back from your credit card…
You can always print up a copy of the page to be safe…

If it doesnt say refurb they are not legally allowed to sell you a refurb.

If you ordered it earlier i hope you took my advice and made a print-out to fight with your credit card company to reverse the charge!

I ordered one before they changed it, and they had a different item number then they have now. But the old number doesnt come up in searches. I called them and waited a half hour and they told me to call customer service. I am on the phone waiting for them for almost an hour now. What great customer service! YA RIGHT. Anyways I’ll let you know what they say!

You have 30 days to return it, so go ahead and start to fight it.
However a screen printout it wont be easy, especially since you didnt use an AMEX…
Did anyone here make a printout before the change?

I have sent them 10 emails. No resonse. I finally spoke to someone there and a supervisor. They barely speak english. They have given me a messed up tracing number, and they say it is refurbished, and that it said so originally. I tried to argue with them, but there is no one home. I think that I will deny the package when it comes. Anyways I don;t think that you should post any more deals from buy.com
1) They just add in later, and send out the item not as described
2) They have absolutely NO customer service.
Please post this and give me your thoughts DAN. Thank you.
