    I did it on my att PREPAID phone and got back the same reply that the rollover will be processed in about 4 weeks etc.

    Just tried it on a h2o phone got the back the same reply… I guess this confirmation doesn’t mean anythink and may work only for iphone users…

    Called 611. Rep said that it cost nothing and will not extend your contract. Dont know answer to family plans but had everyone in the plan do it just in case!

    If you didn’t get the text message, you can just call At&t and tell them you heard about it, and as a courtesy, they will add it to your account. One promotion per account.
