how do i share pictures with my new created snapfish account and one with my old one? i want to take pictures from my old account to make a photobook with my new one.

Just after you login, click on “share” and you can send all of your albums to another email address and then they can be accessed from that account.

You can use the same account. I did it twice on same account and it worked (i got emails that the photobooks are ready to ship)

Made a photobook a week ago, but was constantly changing it and adding things. Went to order it on Thursday and it was expired. Called them up and they gave me a credit for a free book (the kind I was in the process of ordering). Customer Service was great!!!!

Thank you so much for the advice! I called customer service 2x for two different accounts cuz i wanted to make my sister in law a book from her wedding and both times they issued me a free credit. Don’t overuse it or they will stop doing it but ppl can try it!
