Is this Amazon’s latest response to Walmart’s in-store pickup discount?
Amazon is offering an instant discount on select items instead of offering a no-rush credit.
The exact savings varies by item, for example:
-$1.58 off of a $43.72 portable radio.
-$2.01 off of a $48.14 Leather chair
-$2.49 off of a $64.25 Queen headboard.
-$5.10 off of a $182 Queen mattress
-$8.02 off of a $308.32 TV stand
Will you order items with no-rush shipping in exchange for instant savings off an item?

Can we see more big discounted in-store pickup discounts from Walmart Dan? THANKS
Finally. Maybe we’ll get something better than the useless $1 off digital items or $5 off prime pantry that are good for nothing and expire and there’s no way to check out the balance.
Yes I will! Awesome.
Only for products Sold and Shipped by Amazon
It’s rare that I really need something ASAP. Often a few extra days makes zero difference, but extra cash in my wallet is a big difference!
@Achshell:
there is way to checl your balance. And i havent paid for music for years thanks to it…
Much better than .99 for a song or movie!!!
Unless I really need it now, of course I would take the discount
@Joe -I agree. +1
@Joe:
usually when a customer orders an item he wants it ASAP unless it’s a household stock item, by then your on subscribe n’ save. However when it’s a instant savings you know it can be worth waiting.
This is a good move by Amazon. I’d always wondered why they didn’t do it..l seems like ano brainer to me
Amazon has MANY jewish songs for purchase/download for which you can use the digital credits…
Not sure this all good. Imagine if Amazon gave 4% off for every purchase if you chose no-rush shipping? And then what if they felt they could offer fewer discounts, effectively raising their prices overall by 4%? That would mean that Prime shipping wouldn’t really be “free” anymore, right?
I was offered $5 credit towards show purchase
Can you suggest some filters on how can I search for shoes which are sold nd shipped by Amazon.
