I chatted with Amazon, they transferred me to a higher tier of support, both refused any form of compensation. Not particularly gracious about it either

My order was shipped, I got the notification from UPS that it is going to be delivered tomorrow, but it says that it is only 2 pounds, which doesn’t seem right for 1000 cups. I’ll see what happens tomorrow.

10 cases being delivered tomorrow. Now need to find a way to get them to my cousin in Israel.

I reveived my “order” today but I only received a pack of 50 instead of the 1000 pack, even the packing slips indicate that it was only a 50 pack.

Yeah they cancelled mine too, now I’m stuck with 1,000 lids I bought. They won’t do anything for me, amazing.

They’re non returnable, but I am on hold to speak to a manager. They have to do something about that.

OK they are going to give me a “returnless” refund for the lids and $10 for the cups inconvenience lol. Took 35 minutes but hey now I have 1,000 lids! All good.

Got mine, but only 50 arrived! Called Amazon, they gave me a full refund, plus an extra refund so match a third party sellers price, so that I could purchase it again.

Also only received a pack of 50 cups for each order. Received full refund, kept the cups and a $25 gift card. Tip: there is a newer version of the cup at https://www.amazon.com/PerfecTouch-5356CD-Insulated-Coffee-Sleeves/dp/B00F2P504E/ref=dp_ob_title_hi. Try GOC and seeing if they’ll send you that one instead. Good luck!

OK, just got off the phone with customer service, the first rep said she felt terrible that I only got 50 out of the 1000 cups. She said to keep the cups and she’ll send me the proper order of 1000. After a bit of checking she got back on the line and said for some reason it wasn’t letting her do that, that’s when she discovered the price difference between what I paid and what the current selling price is. So she put on a manager, and she went through the whole story about the price mistake. She told me to keep the cups and she’ll refund me what I paid, but there was no way she could send me a new order of 1000 cups until they straightened out the pricing problem. So I asked if she could compensate me for my troubles, she asked what more do you want, I already told you to keep the cups and refunded you your money, I asked how about extending my prime for a month, she said no problem I can do that for you.

@Salim: How much was the “Extra Refund” it seems to be a ~$120 differential.

@Dan I got my 1 pack of 50 cups today. I chatted with a rep and got instant refund. I then asked for a price match with the current seller and she transferred me to a “price match specialist” who declined my request. She also declined my request for account credit or Prime extension. Time to HUCA….
