Amazon canceled some of the orders.

and 3 from AIRHEAD AHTF-2 Transformer Towable. and now they are just “MISSING” from my orders its also not by canceled items any idea what i can do

Ordered the max 3 of each item, and 1 of the 4th.

Orders got cancelled with no email notice.

Called Amazon. Rep told me there was a pricing mistake and 15 out of 515 orders got cancelled.

That made me feel awful so I’m going to try to take my case up the ladder.

Mine was cancelled.mwhat can I do?

I called Amazon and complained about the cancellation of 4 of these. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor when they said it was just a pricing error. Supervisor did not want to do anything either, I persisted. They first offered 50% off. I said no, some people’s shipped.. I then said just send me the 2 I want of the 4 for the price. I had to purchase at regular price, they will refund the difference upon shipment.

Had two of the AIRHEAD AHSL-32 Slash II Towable
and two of the AHMX-V2 Matrix Towable.
Received email fr Amazon cancelling both orders due to pricing error.

I ordered all six. Two shipped, I got cancellation emails for two, and the last two completely disappeared from ‘My Orders’.

I chatted with an Amazon CSR who immediately offered to have me replace the order for the four that didn’t ship at the sale price, and he offered free One-Day Shipping on them as a courtesy for what he called ‘their technical error’.

This is why we love Amazon! What do you think is the likelihood of Walmart.com doing that?!

I’m not having any luck with emailing customer service. They say sorry for the inconvenience but we can’t do anything. They didn’t admit it was a pricing error, just said the cancellation was a technical error and that I could re-order it and they would wave the 1 day shipping, but I would have to pay the regular price that it’s showing at now. They did offer me $5 promo. I’ll try calling or chatting and see if that helps better than email. They seem to be nicer when dealing with in real time.

The order just disappeared from my account.

Me: Can the price be honored for even one unit?

Tejas: Yes

Me: Thank you. How do I order and pay for it now?

Tejas: I request to order through that price and I’ll honor it for you.

Hopefully this helps others get at least one item honored at the sale price.
