Just a note on customer service. Saturday Jos. A. Bank had “Entire site: buy 1 get 2 free.” Ordered 3 suits from clearance ($198 each). Nothing came off the price. Called customer service. They explained that the promotion was off the regular price. When I pointed out that the “sale banner” appeared at the top of the clearance page, they offered to take $396 (plus tax) off my order. Three Jos.A. Bank suits for $198–sweet!
