I had no such problem with them.
I also spent less because I buy their factory seconds.
I am unaware of any other shoes that come good-year welted with such high quality leather that can be had for similar prices.

ordered the Atl Cap-Toe Oxfords that you wrote is 157.60. Dan, the shoes just came and they billed me 197.60.
