How does this compare to Costco?
It is cheeper than samsclub $.0059 to $.0083 per tissue
The coupon is not being applied at checkout however the subscribe and save is.
Staples has it on sale this week 3.99 for a pack of 4 but it’s in store only

The 25% only shows up after it ships on the final bill. You need to keep an eye out for it and make sure it went through
