Zika Virus??

Meir Naamat

If you have a sapphire preferred will those points work? What about an Amex business platinum delta sky miles card?

Jacob

Yeah, where’s your whole Zika disclaimer?
Is that only Florida?

Chaim

If it gets cold at night there that should kill all of dem Zika untill the new baby’s hatch in the summer.

David

Thank you!!

@Chaim: That “cold at night” doesn’t kill the Zika. Can’t you even Google it before you make such assumptions?! The consensus of experts in that field is that they survive the winter and zika is still there. So why is only Florida zoche to those disclaimers, Dan??

zow

Dan, can you clarify? Three kosher restaurants on Isla? I know the milchig Isla Cafe. Some have mentioned a fleishik place but I have never seen confirmation. Do you have verified info?
(Planning to go to Isla tomorrow!)

Dan

@zow:
Commenter above said there are also 2 restaurants in the Chabad house there.
Let us know tomorrow what the scoop is 🙂

zow

@Dan: Ok, Dan, will do. Thanks.

BottonLine

Where are the concerns for Zika now??

Rocking dan

so how many jet blue points would you need?

Michael R

Looks like United is matching this from Newark for most dates: https://www.kayak.com/flights/JFK,nearby-CUN/2017-01-21/2017-01-28
Weird – prices show up cheaper when you search including JFK and EWR

Adam Chill

Hey Dan,

There seems to be 2 Chabads in Playa del Carmen both with catering. One is Rabbi Goldberg and the other is Rabbi Brod. Do you know whose food is better and more plentiful? Thanks in advance.

jim smith

@Anonymous: Do you own research. Take responsibility for your health. Zika is a concern in Cancun, per the CDC site: https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/notices/alert/zika-virus-mexico

Robin

First time trying to use DansDeals. I am not understanding on how to book the flight at the rate that is being advertised. it says that it is bookable on priceline, but when I try, the advertised rates do not come up for the allowed dates

Dan

@Robin:
Dates can sell out.
Search one-way and post a comment of which dates didn’t work for you.

Orel

Yeah it seems like the ticket prices for this trip aren’t the same as the ones being advertised anymore
