I have been there, its a wonderful island inland away from the beaches its rural farms and villages.
Resorts were super, I stayed at the Hyatt in Sanya for a week.
Climate is similar to Hawaii I enjoyed the water sports and fresh produce was divine.

You do realize that while the airline is called Hainan (and sanya is lovely) this is a fare from TLV to PEK (Beijing)
