Honda Includes a $500 waiver, if at the end of this lease you get another Honda lease thru Honda finance they will add an additional $500 waiver bringing your total waiver to $1000.

What is the breakdown of all the fees due at signing?

$1395 is the total of all fees, as well as 1st month payment
1399 – 199 first month = $1200
1200 / 36 = $33.33
199 + 33.33 = $232.33/mo total

Is there a dispositon fee or anything like that at the end of the lease? What about DMV fees at inception ?

DMV fees are included in the $1399.
Honda does have a $350 Disposition/end of lease fee. The will waive it if you go into a new Honda lease thru Honda Finance at the end of this lease
