The Dell that is $399 is 15″ so it’s bigger and heavier.
The Dell has a full HD screen which is much better for working on, and it’s a touchscreen, which this is not.
BUT this one has an SSD drive which will make it feel much faster than the Dell. It is a small drive so only get this if you don’t plan to store alot of stuff on your laptop.

This is a great buy as long as you don’t need the storage space.
